Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an unannounced on-site hospice Medicare recertification survey conducted on March 5, 2024, through March 8, 2024, Doylestown Hospital Hospice was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113,Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care-Emergency Preparedness.
